The Spanish courses offered by the school in Avila work on the four basic linguistic skills, including also grammar and conversation. Teachers use a communicative method that allows the combination of technical contents with materials taken from everyday life (books, television, music), so that students can get to know Spanish culture and its language and develop an effective cultural exchange. During lessons teachers use different situations and contexts through which they can favour conversation and debates. At the end of the course the school gives students a certificate with the type of course they have attended and the level they have reached, according to the contents of the Common European Framework.

As a complement to the Spanish courses, the school organizes a rich program of extracurricular activities that can include dance and cooking lessons, dinners, sport, guided tours, excursions… Furthermore, the school cooperates with the city hall in the organization of activities for students, such as linguistic exchanges, theatre, cinema,…
