It is the most popular course among people who come to our school and this way they can combined intensive language training with some free time for their leisure actvities. The student who choose this course cannot stay for less than 2 weeks (the ideal period of time, according to us, would be 3 weeks). If you already have some knowledge of Spanish language, then you can start any Monday of the year; if you are an absolute beginner, then you could start the first Monday of any month.

This program combines general group classes with some additional one-to-one lessons. It is the ideal course for those who want to improve their Spanish quickly but do not have much time. The minimum is 1 week’s study.

Our school offers two types of preparation courses for the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (D.E.L.E.), which is run by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science. The exam is set at 3 levels: Starter, Intermediate and Superior. To enrol for the exam at Starter level, you should at least have a Pre-Intermediate level of Spanish (A2), for the Intermediate level an Intermediate level of Spanish (B1) and for the Diploma Superior you should reach at least the beginning of Superior level of Spanish (C1).
The DELE exams take place all over Spain, at more than 100 venues abroad, and the sessions are in May and November of every year.

COMBINATION COURSE
This is the ideal course for those who want to learn Spanish language and get the chance to know Spain at the same time.

Theses lessons are perfect for those who want some tailor-made tuition (it could be for 1 person only or for 2 people also). We do have a special program for Businnes Spanish too (all levels available, minimum 1 week, all year round).

LANGUAGE & CULTURE

This kind of course is designed for adults who want to take the most advantage of a two-weeks stay, combining the Spanish language with an in-depth knowledge of culture, monuments and history of the city of Córdoba.
We offer activities both outside and inside the city and the guided tours include the historic monuments, left by the different populations who lived in Córdoba over the centuries (Romans, Moslems, Jews and Christians) and the old Judería (the Jewish Quarter) with its beautiful narrow streets.
Outside Córdoba we can offer trips to Sevilla and to white villages (“pueblos blancos”) in the Province, where it’s possible to visit the Montilla wine cellars, the pottery workshops in La Rambla, the Castle and Village of Almodovar, the olive oil museum in Baena and the ruined city-palace of Medina Azahara.
Our program includes:

- 1 full-day excursion (on Saturday)
- two half-day excursions
- two talks in school about the city with its traditions, customs and history.

TEENAGERS SUMMER COURSE

This is the ideal course for those teenagers who are between 14 and 17 years-old and want to learn Spanish while enjoying the wide range of outdoor activities. They will be put in an authentically Spanish environment from the very first day, in order to get the greatest possible benefit.
Our activities are held in the afternoons and evenings from Monday to Friday and they are always entirely in Spanish. They include sports, fiestas, excursions, trips to the swimming pool, handicrafts, competitions and guided visits: everything is organized by the monitors. We offer a full-day excursion on Saturdays and all Sundays are days off.
The accommodation is with our selected host families, in a shared bedroom with full board. All our students have to respect a set of rules and our monitors are always present in order to guide them throughout all their different activities.

Colleges, schools, universities who wish to send students abroad really should apply for this kind of courses. We definitely can adapt the timetable and the teaching material in order to meet the students’ preferences and needs. The total price depends on the number of students, days and hours of tuition (and activities included). The group leaders can get their accommodation for free (with minimum 10 students groups).

“OLÉ” COURSES
Our dance lessons are above all practical and the students will learn some of the most famous Flamenco dances during their stay in Córdoba. You will make exercises on everything, from body posture, arm position and advanced choreography (set to the different genres of Flamenco, like Soleá, Seguiriyas, Bulerías and so on). The student will also learn how to keep rhythms and off-beats, which are very important to learning Flamenco dance well.
If you like Flamenco guitar, then this kind of course is the ideal one for you, because you will learn all the different styles: solo guitar, song accompaniment on the guitar and dance accompaniment on the guitar. We can offer you a wide range of levels.
Both dance and guitar classes are given by teachers who come from the most prestigeous Flamenco schools of our city.
These 2 courses last no less than 2 weeks and allow you to combine Intensive Spanish lessons (20 hours per week) with practical classes every day in dance or guitar.

“BUEN APETITO” COURSE
We all have heard about the Mediterranean diet, with its natural ingredients, rich variety, delicious flavours and also great benefits for your health and all this has always had a big influence on the Andalusian cuisine (and also on the many local variations, which you can find here in our city).
Thanks to this kind of course you will learn everything about the best-known dishes (how to prepare them, their ingredients, their history and all the benefits they bring).
All our students will take an active part in the cooking, under the expert guidance of a qualified cook, who will analyze the recipe and all the ingredients one by one, adding their own top tips. At the end everyone will be able to taste the dish prepared that day, together with a good bottle of wine.
This Cooking Course, combined with the Intensive Spanish classes (20 lessons per week) lasts 2 weeks and it has a length of 12 hours, with 2 blocks of three-hours class (held on 2 different days of the week).

LANGUAGE PASSPORT
All our students get to receive their own Language Passport when they take a course at our school. This is a record of linguistic achievement, based on the Coucil of Europe’s “Europass” and it informs on the levels of knowledge of a certain language through its different skills.
This document enables the user to chart the progress he/she makes through the language learning progress and it is based both on the European Language Portfolio as well as on the Common European Framework, which provide reliable and objective measures of linguistic ability.
