Spanish Language and Culture Course (60 hours)
This course is aimed at teachers of Spanish who, having a good knowledge of the language, feel the need to expand
and update their linguistic abilities. To achieve this aim, we offer a full range of subjects that cover different aspects
of the Spanish language and culture
Course Content:
· Modern Spanish Grammar (15 hours)
· Spanish Language Methodology (15 hours)
· Developing Language Skills (9 hours)
· Introduction to Spanish Art (6 hours)
· Short Courses on special subjects (15 hours)
Dates: 9 to 27 July
Cost: 595€
The price includes 60 class hours, tapas and wine reception, Spanish film course, two guided city tours and four
excursions to cultural and historical sites outside León
Course for Teachers of Spanish in the USA and Canada (60 hours)
This course is organised in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy Education Office in Washington and can be
validated for credits at some American universities. For more details, please visit the following website:

The price includes: 60 class hours, extra-curricular activities, accommodation in residence or home stay (in both
cases, full board in a single room), medical insurance and use of University facilities (internet, libraries, reading
rooms, sport grounds, etc)
Training Course for Teachers of Spanish in the E.U. (Socrates Programme) (40 hours)
This course is funded by the E.U. (Comenius 2.2). For further information about the course and grant application
(tuition fee + full board accommodation)
