Shared student flats
If you decide to choose this option you will be housed in some apartment which you will share with other foreign students of our school. If you decide to study with us for a whole academic year, then you will get the opportunity of sharing the flat with some Spanish student, and this will allow you to practice a lot more of your Spanish and get closer to Spanish culture in general!
You will be accommodated in an individual or double room, you will have to share the bathroom and the kitchen with the other students and you will be responsible for the cleaning and cooking of the apartment (which means that your meals are not included in the price).
Remember that living in an apartment with other people also means taking into consideration your mates and respecting them.
You should bring your own towels but we do provide bed linen. You will usually find a washing machine in your apartment (if not, then we will provide you information on some laudry facilities).
Most of the flats are situated at walking distance from the school, more or less in the centre of our city.
Spanish host families
You will be hosted in the house of one of the families we work with, which all live in La laguna area. You will be able to choose between half-board (breakfast + lunch or dinner), full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and breakfast only. In some cases you can book the accommodation with the same family together with a friend of you, in single or shared rooms.
All our families have to pass the school quality check and we assure that are very friendly and will make you feel comfortable during your staying. Students can choose between family accommmodation in the centre of La Laguna or a residential area, which is surrounded by parks and offers many facilities and things to do. The students can practice sports and other kind of activities (for a small fee) in the open sports centre of the area.
You will definitely take advantage of your staying in one of our families, baceuse you will have the chance of constantly practice your Spanish and you will get to know a lot about Spanish culture and food.

Please note: the accommodation is reserved from the Sunday before the starting of your course to the Saturday after its ending; you can arrive before or depart after these dates, but you will be charged and definitely have to check ahead for availability.
